Last thing you did: Kerning Party Quest with two other people.

Why do you think you got banned?: I was in a party with my friend and one other person, and on the third party quest the third person started using vac hacks and god mode hacks, so we completed the party quest and left the party.

Ban message when attempting to log in: "Your account has been blocked for hacking or illegal use of third-party programs. The ID has been permanently blocked. So you won't be able to use this account."

-- After getting banned and reading the terms of service again, I realize being in a party with someone else that is hacking is also against the rules, but me and my friend didn't even know until the end when he started using them. We left the party right away after we finished the party quest and didn't talk to that person again. Immediately afterwards I was banned, and then my friend was too a little bit later. I didn't download any hacking programs, and neither did he, we were just leveling together for nostalgia's sake.

 

Having seen the screenshots, your response to seemehealing gives the impression that you were fine with him using hacks.

 

It's not that I was fine with it, it's that I just wasn't bothered... I don't really mind what other people do, and was expecting him to get banned any second. I was just going to finish the run and leave him be... I think anyone else would have just done the same thing, instead of dropping everything to shut down Maplestory just because someone suddenly started hacking... I didn't mean to do anything wrong, I was just trying to play the game... :/ I'm just the type of person to not care what people do with themselves. Sorry if that was against the rules. ):

 

Can this please be looked at again... me [Leaves] and my friend [Orphan] just really want to play the server... we don't support hacking or like hacking... we got caught in the middle of this guy hacking... and we had no idea that it was even against the rules to do so... we just want to play and level legitimately on the server... ))):
