    this is in the id that they removed you or blocked you from the connection.

    Hello. You are not banned, but are connecting from a banned IP. You will need to change your IP to play from home. You can try unplugging your router/modem for at least 3 minutes to prompt your ISP to change your IP. Additionally, if you are using a VPN, you will need to make sure it is private (paid) to ensure you receive a private IP.
