    "The ultrasonic wave decoder" quest has been fixed but not the subsequent basically this quest has yet to be fixed. Thanks

    This should be fixed.
    You need to remember that there's a chance you will receive a fake Wave Translator from Dr. Kim and if you do, you have to go back to Dr. Kim and make a new one.
