Hello guys! I'm interested in buying a Zhelm but I have never run or bought a zhelm before in this server so I wanted to ask few things before buying them. I have done the pre-quest, and my hp is over 3k (can't remember exactly but I think its around 3.5k) and my level is 71 Marauder (pirate). Here are the questions I wanted to ask. Q1) Although I am going over 3k HP, is it okay to ask for HB as I am still bit worried as I am just on the cut for the HP. If yes, when I am asking for HB, do I have to pay extra? Q2) I know that when the Zak is defeated it drops more than one Zhelm. As a buyer can I only pick up only one, or can I pick up more than one? (I know you can only pick up one Zhelm at a time, but I am asking so if I could pick up, if not happy with the stats, drop it and pick up another one though it would be a gamble) Q3) Can buyer just watch or does buyer have to attack too? Q4) I know that Zhelm normally goes from 50m~60m. Who do I have to pay? Do I pay the party leader or do I divide them up depending on how many people are in my party? Is it payed after or before? Q5) How long will the Zak run take? Q6) What if I get dced during the run? Will I still have to pay 50m? What if everyone got dced due to server rip? WHat will happen if someone else in my party gets dced during the run and was not able to kill Zak? 1.) 90% of the time you have to pay extra. Sometimes the zakum buyer's party will have a spearman in it & that's free HB for you or you join the seller's party & they have a DrK. Most of the time it's just an extra 10m bump for HB, if you do need/want it. 2.) Usually people sell "reloots" for ~20m. Meaning if you get a really bad stat'd zhelm, you can drop it & reloot another one. Often in my runs people don't want to reloot or w/e or pay for it so I just give it to them for free if there are a couple helms that will just disappear. It is paid after. 3.) You just hug the wall <-- the whole time like it's your best friend until told to do otherwise. You do not attack at all. 4.) You pay the leader & it's typically 50 ~ 70m, 60m being the most common price. Your party will usually be 4 ~ 6 people, since people buy skill books that only drop from zakum as well. 5.) Most runs take around 30 minutes. Give or take 10 minutes depending on how many times zakum weapon cancels & how strong / weak / new the party is. 6.) No you don't have to pay until you receive your helm, for basically all of those questions. The only reason you have to pay for something is if you actually get it. Doesn't matter if it's the server's fault, your fault, or the seller's fault for disconnections. (Also you're going to have to know how to "gfx". Your party will most likely explain it again to you if you didn't already know but it doesn't hurt to know prior. Basically after ALL the arms get killed & after each body dies, you have to go into your system settings & change you picture quality by moving it <-- or --> doesn't matter which way or how much as long as you refresh the graphics, it should be fine. If you don't do this, you have a high chance of dcing during the zakum run. Basically when you see a new HP bar appear on the top of the screen for where the Boss' HP is, that's when you do this).
1. Sellers may provide HB for free if you need it to survive Zakum, depends on the group selling so check with them 2. Most groups usually have a fee if you want to reloot another Zakum helmet, but it also depends on the number of buyers there are, as if multiple helmet buyers are there, then there probably won't be room to reloot. 3. Buyers just stand by left wall and use potions to survive. Since buyers are typically below 135, they won't be able to get exp from Zakum at all anyway (and if you are 135+, then just join Zakum group as an attacker and get helm for free) 4. Most of the time you pay the seller after you get your helmet, and who usually depends on if somebody in the group is the host or they have mule somewhere, just listen to what they say. 5. Heavily depends on the seller/attacker party, but generally if they apple and have strong attackers that don't die and/or dc, it may be around 30 min give or take? Really depends on their party. 6. If you dc during the run, then you'd go again when they are available, and for this reason, it is why most sellers get payment after you get your helmet, if server gets dced, then host/runners will post a character issues thread in the forums for a rewarp.
