*(If this is somehow against community guidelines I apologize in advance) Hello MapleRoyalers! I started playing MapleStory waaay pre-bang and all I had left was memories. Then covid-19 hit us and MapleRoyals hit me. I think I am doing pretty well so far! Even though there's a lot to work on. BTW!!! I was astonished by the amount of help I've recieved so far from this community in game!! As a life-long gamer in very toxic games it really made my heart warm <3 That made me believe that maybe this post will also work. Now lets get to it: I am a level 91 DK with these stats: (I know dex is high but I really needed accuracy at the time) I already obtained a zhelm (mediocre), 10att wg, deputy star, and sky skiis with 110att +14str. I also have opened a shop with a mule in a very good spot. All was self-funded through aprs & hours of hours genociding Leprechons and Voodoos. My problem is now. Where to? What are the correct equips? What next? How do you actually get big and not just mindlessly advance and level? I have unanswered questions, starting from prices of very basic things to not being able to understand half the smegas. I would love it if any of you who are experienced enough and are in a good mood today to add me to their buddy list or comment their IGN here. My IGN is 'PassTheWeed'. Maybe share your current equips and the stats so we could better advise? i believe you have gone through this: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/dark-knight-guide.28010/ though not 100% accurate due to the many patches, but still relatively ok at 91, ULU 2 is good, problem is hard to find an empty map. anyway u can try ulu1 or the map before with lots of flat ground. i suggest u target for 95, headover to himes/dreamy ghost and find a priest to party you, exp will be good there. by the way, what do you mean by "big"?
Hey! Thank for the reply My equips are topwear lvl 70 with 15str 9dex green giles cape with +12str 9dex earrings purple carzan boots +10dex+ +7str. By big I mean how do I use the tools that I have to get more money/exp etc most efficiently? What is my next item/meso target? Should I sell low lvl leech? Should I started lvling my mage mule to become bishop?
I think you're already doing quite well. If you're planning to get to 30k HP with Hyper Body you don't need to do a lot of washing but either adding 30 or so base INT or getting some more in equips to wear when leveling. As for the DEX don't worry about it too much. You could start resetting it into STR as you vote for NX and get some APRs or you could leave it as is for now and just focus on levelling. For improving your equipment it will take some time, just save save and save to either try self scrolling (always more fun but more risk) or buy some prescrolled things like a 10 ATT cape, 8 ATT Facestompers, and a better Sky Ski.
levelling your mage to bishop will be very useful, to help fund for better equips. at the same time, int equip can be shared between dk n mage when levelling to get more mp for washing. u can sell split leech at various location (~40/h) and still level your dk at the same time. with HB, you save money on pots (50% elixir 9.5k). equip wise 1) get a good dex pants + accuracy (23dex15acc <500m), this should help relief your accuracy problem and u can proceed to #3 2) ski is good for bossing, but for now it may be better to get pinaka/faltizan (130 pinaka ~1b), that will add 20wa. Train at places u can 1h/2h (add 1 SP to spear fury to help lure the mobs) 3) 6wa shoe (1.5b) if u have enough accuracy 4) save up for a 15wa glove (1.5b) meso safest bet is 1) selling APR 2) gacha at shrine 3) scrolling (feeling lucky) or gacha at kerning
Use higher wa soul spear if u nid accuracy u can farm them anyways so u dont waste money blowing up skis n find pro nls with 29,999 hp tat hv ocd n hb them to hit 30k hp in exchange for boss carry
