character bug durring new pq

    IGN: pichi
    Problem: error code 2147467261 invalid pointer
    Details: dec durring new pq, tried to relog, dc after character selection with the error code 2147467261. other character in the same account is fine to log. help f4.

    Are you able to try to do a clean install?

    Remove the old files, reinstall then restart PC

    Are you using 800x600 resolution client?
    If yes, install the 1024 client and login with that.

    This problem is caused by the map are broken in 800 resolution client currently.
    Do the PQ with bigger client ONLY for now until it's fix.
