Cannot login

    Char Name: FunkxD
    I've been trying to play royals for sometime now but every time I attempt to login on any of my characters I get to the character selection screen and once I type in the pic/pin It stay for a few seconds and then kicks me back to the login screen saying "Unable to logon to the game server. Please try again later.

    Here are some solutions I have tried.
    1)Reinstalled windows
    2)Reinstalled Royals (Just downloaded it today on the date of this post) 17-oct-2020
    3)Restarted router
    4) Turned off any unconnected network adapter
    5)Turned off firewall and antivirus

    I've been having this issue for a long time (which is why I quit playing it) Thinking it would be something temporary and maybe in a year or so it would be fixed. Seems like so far nothing has changed.

    Additional information: I'm from Egypt, Maybe there is a block on connections from here?? Not sure just throwing it out there. I'm using Win 7 x64. I don't have any issues playing any other games or any other versions of maple. I tried both the 800x600 and the 1024x768

    1) So after attempting numerous times to login I managed to finally login however it took over 50 attempts. Also, Once I tried CCing It dced me.
    2) I've tried A hotspot from my phone to my pc (through cable) and I still had the same issue.

    1) I have checked if I was MAC banned and I wasn't.
    2) I tried from a different computer and still the same issue.

    Are you using any VPNs? Or have any VPNs installed on your PC?

    You mentioned that you been having this issue for a long time, how long ago did it started?

    I do not use any VPNs. no I don't have any installed.
    I can't exactly pin point when I started having this issue but It was a long time ago. and it started right after an update. I can't really tell which update tbh.

    So you are able to access the website normally such as forum or voting, but is unable to login into the game

    Have you tried with other characters or accounts to test login as well?

    Yes I can access everything normally. I have tried about 5-6 different accounts and no luck whatsoever. I really wish I knew what caused this but I'm unable to. I'm usually able to fix these kinds of issues but its nothing that I can do from my side. but I am willing to head more suggestions as maybe I missed something <3

    I will get back to you after confirming if there's a way to check if your port to login is blocked

    Sorry to disappoint, unable to find any ways to check if the ports are blocked, I think only the ISP can confirm that

    Have you also tried the compatibility mode such as Windows 7?

    Aww :( thanks for the help though. Well I am running win 7 and I tried running as admin and different compatibility. sadly no luck.
    So should I call my ISP or is there just no way to check it.

    As you have tried connecting from a different PC and face the same issue, I believe the disconnection is caused by the network instead of PC

    Example of player (in Israel) blocked by ISP

    I believe the required ports would be the following:
    TCP 8484 for the account login session
    TCP 7575 to 7595 (Channel 1 to 20) for the channel data session

    Is it possible to email your ISP about the ports above for them to check if your connection is blocked?
