    Last thing you did: i tried to get on 0817 account, tried to remember what was my pic and i failed to do so, so i guess for trying many time si got ip banned?

    so @Tim resetted my pin and pic and i managed to try and get on my character, but i still have the issue above, i can't seem to go past character selection

    your account and ip arent banned, perhaps your ISP is filtering packets making you unable to connect which has been an issue for some other players from IL

    what are the chances that I only have problem with connecting to this server, when I could in the past and haven't replaced my ISP since.
    It's odd and unusual.

    Ok apparently my ISP had a setting on my router which conflicted with a few online services, I talked to them and they fixed the issue.
    If any other Israeli whom their ISP is HOTnet, you should call their technical support department and state that you can not connect to online multiplayer games.
