    Problem: Account Hacked
    Details: i just logged into my account with all my valuables missing and my character at a different location, and key configuration all reset, feb 9, 2021 15:00 aprox, have a lot of valuable gears (GM pm for the list of them), and onyx apples. All my mules r fine and valuables on them too until now....

    I've just counted my valuables and its more than 100b (excluding apples arround 50 apples on this chr). I've all pics of my stuff.
    5 years of grind started around this month in 2016, and have been founding my hero like crazy.

    btw never had an account name or ing name like mine in another private server, to answer the speculation that it's been going on rn.

    u don't know how I feel with all my equips missing....
    I can't even play or kill any boss...

    As the Admins have restored the accounts that were accessed by the malicious users back to a state before the malicious users logged in on them to restore your mesos and items, please login to your account to check if the items are restored successfully.

    Edit to include quote by Admins:
    We have changed your password for your own protection. We wont provide this password to you.
    In order to play again you need to:
    - Go to www.royals.ms/controlpanel and choose the 'FORGOT PASSWORD?' feature to reset your password by email (keep in mind the control panel is case sensitive). Do not set your password back to what it was before.
    - Log in on the control panel with the new password you registered and reset your PIN (email verification is required for this step which is also done in the control panel).
    - You should now be able to log in on the game client and set up your new PIN to then start playing again!

    If account was not restored, please post details of the items you have lost so far and I will forward them to the Admins for confirmation

    Hi @Dave Deviluke, thx for the things u guys r doing... But I haven't got back any of my items... :/
    Arround 40-45 onyx apples (I don't remember the exact amount but it was arround there that I remember).
    And this r the items I've lost:
    (sry for the quality, I deleted the original files and I didn't know that deleting the files, Microsoft Word won't let me see it like the original... I'm posting the creation date of the file so u can see it's been for a long time that I'm saving this pics on this Word file...)

    If u know how I can get back the original pics that I deleted, plz tell me... (if original pic needed).

    Could you recall when you recently logged back in and noticed several of your items were missing? And if you're able to, could you also recall approximately what year and month you can remember still owning those items?

    The information will be extremely helpful for the Admins so they can work on figuring out when it happened :)

    The last time I logged in and had all my valuables was 2/8/2021 at arround 23:00 server time.
    I logged in 2/9/2021 15:00 aprox and all my items were missing, until this day.

    OMG… so so so sad… 5 years of grinding… mega RIP… I was just hoping I could get em back so I could return to play again royals…. Biggest RIP of all times… so sad…
    There’s nothing I can do?…
    I was hopping to donate after I get my valuables back… :'(

    I find this extremely unfair and unprofessional, you let him waited for months to only get an answer that you can't fix his account at all? As If months were just days to you all. He was hacked, we (his guild) were with him at Lith Harbor and we were all upset a friend of ours became a victim of the huge account hacking fiasco. Sure I would find it fair that it isn't the Staff's fault for low security and we as players should take those matters as our own however a lot of people who were hacked that day, have received their items. This makes it unfair because he was one of them, don't even dare try to ignore that fact. He and us were hoping to get his account because of the announcement that everyone will..

    It's upsetting how one of my friends who worked hard on your server for years, will be gone in one blink of an eye. The reason isn't even upsetting, it's frustrating at this point. You could at least offer another form of compensation so the person who was a victim of that event would feel better, but you guys just had to make him wait for months just to say "unfortunately we cannot take responsibility" and that you're sorry. That doesn't help with the fact YEARS were spent on the server. Do you even care whether they're staying to play on your server after that? I guess It doesn't sound like that, because who would after them trying to look for help, waited for months just to get denied on a server they worked so hard on for? I do care though, I care for my friends which is why I'm writing this down. Please have Ant get his gears back.

    My storage account was hacked, 2 years of collecting scrolls and scrolled equips gone in a second, I estimate about 10-20b just scrolls, maybe more, no investigation no nothing, they even closed my thread.. very upsetting and unsettling, I expected more from the staff..
