I can’t believe I never noticed this, but “The One Who’s Touched the Sky” is grammatically incorrect. It should be corrected to “The One Who Touched the Sky”.

 

It should be "da 1 whoze touched da sky"

On a serious note I thought "Who's" meant "Who Has" in that context so it might be ok idk ay

Never mind you’re right, who’s can be a contraction of who has. Never used it like that though LOL

 

From the blizzard quest, I feel like the order of quest etc and the monster is backward? or is shammos also talking Yoda?

 

APQ stage 1 instruction mentions character genders, which is not accurate due to same-sex marriages:
"Please be aware that the portals are gender-related, so what may work for female characters may not work for male characters."
Could it be re-written to mention grooms/brides instead of males/females?

There are a number of other minor typos I've been coming across in my play, should I report them all individually? I'm not sure if any are intentionally preserved for historical purposes or not.

One particularly confusing one was referring to an NPC that was not spelled the same as on bbb hiddenstreet. It referred to meercat as "miyo cat" or something similar?

Do you accept staff applications for the purpose of solely submitting typos? It would be much easier if I could grep through all the dialogue strings at once (if the codebase allows for it, I haven't looked at the backend of a Maplestory server before)

 

For instance, is this a stylistic choice in how Grendel speaks during Priest advancement, or should it be "A few days ago"?

Convince Muhamad quest in Ariant says "guardioan" instead of "guardian" if you pick "I want to inform you that Deo is a monster." in the dialog tree (wrong option for the quest)

 

I think "Royal Catthus Desert" should likely be "Cactus"

 

Tigun's overhead dialogue says "Ridium" instead of Lidium

 

Quests and npcs and items are all pretty inconsistent in using Lumo or Rumo
