IGN: glasia Problem: My ice flower(rare NX weapon) was originally tagged by Johnny, but I found its tag disappeared after update 78. Details: I never trade it, only drop it sometimes when I need to but I am sure I didn't drop or trade recently because I'm very inactive these days. Sadly I don't have a screenshot before it disappeared (only have the screenshot winning RR, which is a Janus sword I drop trade for ice flower after event)
Unfortunately, Staff do not re-tag for items that lost their tag due to trading/dropping Note: you may confirm this with the Staff
I'm really sure it's not due to dropping or trading, it's due to update, as for this case is there something could be done?
