He came out at the entrance portal from top of the map, which means he couldn’t see you at the bottom.

It doesn’t make sense to me that he has to go down to the bottom to check when he already at the top of the entrance platform.

it also doesn’t make sense to me that you refused to leave when he already warned you “taken” at the entrance map and already have characters inside Krex map before you.

In fact, many people like them are lurking in this server, doing seemingly harmless and unregulated things to disgust others. For example, after seizing a market position, intentionally forcing others merchart hard to reopen, randomly picking up the drops from maps passing by until reminded then carry stolen items and leave with an 'oh there was taken', deceiving lucky beginners to buy things at a price far below market value, and claiming in APQ that whoever hits the box belongs to someone else (previous version before developers redo the bouns map born logic).
People watching from the sidelines will point out that these issues can be solved with Gm alerts, negotiations, and blacklists.They never consider that the players just want to play a game, not play a judgement game with old thugs. And real victims gets no compensate from winning.
they're using this situation, when they're in a debate,they blur the facts against them to gain sympathy, rather than talking about the facts.Pro player can always find their way to claim they were innocent, it's all someone else's fault.they start preaching about morality if the rules don't support them.
so why fake it?If he was not a freak, he wouldn't be here wasting everyone's time with his flawed evidence and contradictory logic chains.he would leave when he saw someone at the bottom or saw ~mapowner, and wont stay in there for 2.5hr long after krex done. He already broken in both rules and morality, so why should others being perfect?

What is happening right now?

 

If you join a krex channel that someone else is in, with multiple charactere even, they arent afk and even ask you to cc letting you know they have characters inside, 100/100 times you should cc and find another channel. I dont care if thats seen as a double standard. It falls under the "dont be an asshole" rule of unspoken social rules you agree to when playing video games with other people.

I would like to see GMs’ decisions in this situation.

 

If you truly weren't sure, why didn't you at least try to discuss it with the other person so at least one of you could leave. You didn't want to leave due to your ccing issues (which the other party obviously wasn't aware of), but you did have a chance to get him to leave (even if both of you disagreed on who was there first). Communication is so basic. Why is your thought process "idk so I just take the mapowner first" instead of "idk so we discuss and decide who leaves".

Both of you might insist that the map is yours, and ideally no one prefers to leave because it's a hassle. But had you said "I can't leave/can't cc or I'll dc, can you leave please?", then maybe Crem would have opted to cc to avoid the drama even if he didn't agree that you were there first. I'm not him so I don't know what he would've done. All I know is that he doesn't even get a chance to leave, because even though it had been barely a minute since you both entered and there's still time to leave without wasting a run, you started the boss despite him still trying to talk to you. From his ss/vid the first thing you said to him ("me get here early") was after you already started hitting the branch. And then you proceed to continue hitting the branch to summon krex without waiting for his next reply or trying to get him to leave.

I can't be bothered to argue about who has the "right" to the map/boss in this case. But clearly one party had no intent to find a peaceful solution through communication before rushing to start the boss and locking everyone in, and I know which one I personally wouldn't want to run any content with. I care less about who is in the right and more about why can't people just talk it out before being hasty?
