Closed Ban appeal - MosheRocky

Hello MapleRoyals Team,
I am writing to appeal the ban on my account.
My character names are: MosheRocky
I was playing normally and following the game rules. The last thing I did before logging off was doing Ludibrium PQ (Ludi PQ). When I woke up the next morning and tried to log in, I discovered that my account had been banned.
I was very surprised because I did not use any illegal programs, hacks, bots, macros, or any third-party software. I always play normally and honestly do not know what could have caused this ban. I believe this may have been a mistake or false detection.
I really enjoy playing MapleRoyals and respect the server rules, so I kindly ask you to review my account and reconsider this ban.

1.⁠ ⁠I first started playing MapleRoyals on May 8, 2026.
2.⁠ ⁠I have 2 accounts:
Censored
My character names (IGNs) on these accounts are:
•⁠ ⁠MosheRocky
•⁠ ⁠Nunarocky
3.⁠ ⁠My highest level character is MosheRocky, level 59.
My second highest is NunaRocky, level 42.
Also, my brother and I both play on these two accounts, so there may be logins from both of us.
I still do not know why I was banned, because I have never used any illegal programs or intentionally broken any rules. I would really appreciate a review of my case.

Thank you for your reply.
I sincerely apologize. I honestly did not know that this was against the rules. My brother and I each have our own separate accounts, but we were helping each other and did not realize this could be considered account sharing.
There was absolutely no intention to break the rules, cheat, or gain any unfair advantage. It was simply a misunderstanding on our part.
Now that we understand the rule, we promise this will never happen again.
I really enjoy playing MapleRoyals and would be very grateful if you could please give us a second chance.

I would like to appeal this ban because I believe there has been a misunderstanding.
We have two different accounts: mosherocky and nunarocky. These are used by two different people (me and my brother), each on separate computers and different IP addresses. We understand how this may have looked suspicious, but there was no rule-breaking or account sharing involved.
We have always played normally and legitimately. The last thing we did in-game was regular gameplay (PQ in Ludibrium), and when we tried to log in later, we found that the account had been banned unexpectedly.
We were not aware that anything we were doing could be seen as a violation, and if there was any misunderstanding, it was completely unintentional. This will not happen again.
