MeloLuvTea is not my character, it is my wife character. We always voted separately and on 1 account only. There is no issues thus far, How could we resolve our ban ?

Hi Dave & Foxy, We didnt submit or take turns to vote since we are able to successfully vote separately. but we understand that our account was banned due to minor vote abuse, and we acknowledge that the voting rules are in place to ensure fairness for everyone. We respect the decision and am not attempting to justify any breach of the rules. However, I would like to raise a separate concern that I believe also affects legitimate players. One issue is player privacy. The current voting system may require players to expose or share personal information or use methods that they are uncomfortable with in order to comply fully. While many players do follow the rules without abusing the system, some may still have genuine concerns about protecting their privacy and personal information. (Refer to the amount of similar bans these few days) I hope the staff could consider whether there are ways to improve the voting process so that legitimate players can verify their votes without compromising their privacy. Addressing this concern may encourage greater compliance while also protecting players who wish to support the server in good faith. I understand that this feedback is separate from my own case and should not affect the outcome of my ban. I simply wanted to share what I believe is a legitimate concern that could benefit the community as a whole. Thank you for your time and for all the hard work in maintaining MapleRoyals.
