Hi Dave, I would like to share my concerns regarding the voting whitelist process. Not everyone feels comfortable registering, as there is uncertainty about where our photos may end up or how they might be used. I strongly believe that if the team reviews our accounts, it will be clear that we are genuine players. Apart from our main characters, we only log in to our extra storage character. Being banned under these circumstances has really affected my interest in continuing to play MapleRoyals, as I worry that the effort I put into my characters could be lost again for reasons beyond my control. I sincerely hope the team can reconsider the bans and review the requirement for us to register for the voting whitelist. Thank you for taking the time to hear my concerns.
Hi, Thank you for sharing your concerns. The situation you described is already addressed under Situation 2 of our Voting Rules: "You will have to take turns in voting with other Royallers in your house." In other words, if you choose not to apply for the Voting Whitelist, your household is still permitted to play MapleRoyals. The requirement is simply that your household may only receive a total of 8,000 NX per day, with household members taking turns to vote. We understand that you and your husband may not agree with the Voting Whitelist requirement, perhaps due to privacy concerns. However, choosing not to register for the whitelist is not a valid reason to commit Vote Abuse by exceeding the household voting limit. The Voting Whitelist is an optional process for households that wish to vote independently. If you choose not to apply for it, you are expected to follow the alternative outlined in the Voting Rules. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
Hi Dave, We understand that registering for the voting whitelist is optional, and it should remain our choice whether to do it. However, we feel it is unfair for our characters to remain banned when you have already acknowledged that we are genuine players. Our accounts clearly show that apart from our main characters, we only log in to our extra storage character. This activity should not be grounds for punishment. Continuing the ban despite recognizing our legitimacy undermines the effort and time we have invested in the game. We believe it would be fair and reasonable to lift the ban on our characters, given that our gameplay history demonstrates we are genuine members of the MapleRoyals community. Thank you for considering our request.
