    Dear Matt / Andreas / GM,
    Kindly help me with my login problems. Thanks.

    Error: After selecting character, I will DC. This only happens on my Windows 7 Laptop. My other laptop running Windows Vista can login.
    I have attached the Trace Routes below. Thanks.

    I have tried the instructions to change MTU to 1458 but it still did not solve my login DC problems.

    I suggest you send a PM to either John or Tim with your mac address from the computer you are having problems with and give details about the problem, they might be able to see if there is anything wrong.

    DC around 10 - 15 times in less than 5 minutes, (3 of us playing in the household) when all servers have healthy bar.
    I assume it's us? what's wrong...
    side note: I'm using ShittyTel, maybe that explains..

    been facing dc issues for the past 2 hours, continously dc every 1-2mins, everytime managed to log into game huge lag spike for about 1min then dc. happening very consistently
