Initially, according to your statement, my account was prohibited due to the utilization of illegal program in game. Nonetheless, that’s owing to mistakenly detection because I incautiously use the same Virtual Private Network(VPN) channel with some violating players who use the illegal programs deliberately. Actually, I will be discovered to be innocent and never use these programs if you can have a meticulous examination.

Additionally, my account was forbidden was twice instead of four times. As I have mentioned before, the reason lies in the improper selection of VPN. The reason why your database shows four times may be that some VPN channels used by me have also utilized by some regulation violators. Hence, you wrongly assumed that I broke the rules.
