Why don't mini-dungeons work?

I've been trying to farm drumming bunnies for a red whip but the drum bunny mini-dungeon is unavailable? Is this WaI or is it just a known issue?

If you want to farm red whip, try wraith in the kerning city subway. It's so easy to farm red whip there.

I am not 100% sure about why mini-dungeon is down. But my guess would be that a hacker can farm there unnoticed and most hackers are caught by regular players. Red Whips are cheap in the Free Market. Get an Owl of Minerva from the Cash Shop and search for one, if you would prefer not to grind for it. Eurek the Alchemist's quest isn't worth all that grinding IMO (if that is what you need the whip for )

 

Yeah I thought about that, but I'm so cheap that grinding wraiths doesnt sound too bad XD
