    ***Give us another option to get GPQ skill books and it could be skipped for good.
    Then its perfectly fine to work on the cool stuff we all wait and want.
    What the game NEEDS at this point is the books from GPQ.
    Otherwise I would vote Dojo (because there you can kind of test your account and compete with friends who gets further or who does it faster, so we see who is stronger)
    or CPQ since its sooo iconic.(kind of useless since its only early game)

    Character Deletion would not be too bad as well.

    Scarlion + things coming with that is something I would really love to see, giving us another mid level boss to kill and another option for late game helmet. That done I think we could rest for awhile with bosses and add Pink Bean later.

    ALSO: Glad to see those polls in the game.
    That system gave rebirth to OSRS already - could change the future of maplestory :p

    On certain regions of maple, we didn't have them. I remember them being removed from the game way before big bang on EMS. Almost as soon as 4th job was released, they were gone. We already had lvl 200 players long before leafre was even released. I know I never used a single skill book on any of my five 4th job chars.

    I think they quoted some long time ago back that they'd never release Scarlion/Targa. They have a distaste for it.

    I voted to improve the server since it is the most important thing so that no more disconnections and also that CPQ CWPQ and I like this way of taking into account people and continue to do this every month for the good of all tambine propose to improve the hp and remove the hp washing completely

    In my opinion, GPQ = Login server improvements > CWKPQ > Dojo > CPQ

    Login server improvements - Account security is amazing. If we can have what we had previously(Only needing to enter pin when on a different IP than last) that would be great. Channel population can give a nice first impression to first time users so that's always good and character deletion is something that many players have been waiting on for a long time!
    GPQ - There are some GPQ only skillbooks that players haven't been able to obtain since 2016
    CWKPQ - Good engaging party content.
    Dojo - Very simply solo/party content.
    CPQ - Although loved by the masses and something that I look forward to having actually work correctly, it's just level 30-50 content; A fleeting dream.

    My #1 and #2 votes change depending on how long it would take to implement each one. I think that account security is something that is more important than in-game content but for example if it only takes a day to implement GPQ vs 1+ week to get all of the login server improvements then I'd say GPQ is better. Obviously these are just arbitrary numbers but an extra couple days of less account security doesn't put us in any worse position than we've been in for the past 14 months.

    Thank you for this, it feels good to give input on of things to come in the near future. I voted for CKPQ since it will allow high level players an alternative to grinding mobs or bosses, with a close second to sever improvements.

    I can see you already have a list (judging from options of the poll) that you're clear what should be added/implemented and where Royals should be headed. This is important for developers as most get stuck or generally tend to become lazy and forget about improvements or fixes when already amassed such a player base. So kudos to you and your team for having such commitment.

    I would first like to address that anything security related, whether it's account security or in game security (for botters, hackers and such) should always be #1 priority. Additional content to the game are optional and not as important (however don't get me wrong, MORE CONTENT is always important) as account security. Whether it be login PIN numbers, character PIC numbers or whatever else, this should be tackled first.

    Not a lot of people are going to agree with me on this one. We all work under the mindset of "being the best" and "I cleared this within X seconds, git gud". However that should not be the case here. No one should have to sacrifice security for "additional content that I can spend more time on but my account is still as easily accessible as ever". We've had constant updates served to us on a silver platter, why should we not all agree that the next one should be account security? We've all worked hard for everything we have today and no one would like to have their account compromised when it could have been easily avoided.

    Anyways, as much as I want more stuff to do, those can always wait as they would be inevitable in the future.

    Just to clarify - by 'login server improvements', I meant literally that - any improvements that can be made to the server that handles the login screen. General server stability and performance is always our top priority and any fixes that can be made are made immediately. As a side note, if you were to look at the servers as nothing more than the programs I write, they've been very stable - the last channel freeze was over a month ago (!!!), and since then there have been no interruptions in gameplay due to something wrong with one of those programs (it's usually caused by some network issue or attack, something out of our control and up to our server host to correct, or some other network issue that's localized to specific region(s)/ISPs). Nevertheless, we will continue to work hard to ensure smooth, readily-available gameplay.

    Judging by the poll results, improvements to the login server are in demand, so that's what I'll be working on next. This will include not only additional server performance improvements, but also functionality such as View All Characters, character deletion, various small bug fixes (like being able to view the worlds if going back from the character select screen), and the PIC system, which is required for character deletion and will be made so you have the option to opt-out of using the PIC system once you've created one (wherein you must opt in again to be able to delete a character). Following that, we'll be focusing on getting CWKPQ available, and once that's out, figure out the remaining work involved with getting the last 3 PQs on the poll working - as they ranked very similarly, I'll either open a separate poll to determine which to work on first if they all seem to need a ton of work or work on them in order of either the feedback from this thread or what's closest to completion if something is abundantly close - it'll likely end up being GPQ -> CPQ -> Dojo, but we shall see!
