Hey guys I'm starting up a new account and was wondering who was the cheapest to fund for someone without any mesos. It's awesome to try and start this game up again. I haven't played this since I was about 13 which is 10 years ago. The login screen hit me with so much nostalgia I can't wait to get back into it
Thanks for the quick help. Dark knight it is! EDIT: Are those class guides in the guide section of the forum still viable in the current patches? Thanks
probably hero because washing isn't that expensive and their swords are fairly cheap too Drk is cheaper to wash but sky skis are very expensive later on
I highly recommend Hero! I wanted to upgrade my main char BM but find it so expensive to purchase facestomper, better PGC/Glove. So I decided to start a new class, Hero, and hp wash it. Good endgame warrior eqs cost only around 200m-300m on average. Additionally, its cheap to hp wash Hero.
I appreciate the help guys. DK is more appealing to me than Hero, so maybe I'll do that unless you it would be really hard to fund then I guess I'll go the Hero route. Any additional opinions?
A good sky ski is expensive af. Though DK is the cheapest to hp wash among warriors, you will spend more mesos on hp potions trying to berzerk under 40% hp and die easily at bossing. You also need to pay attention to your hp while bossing. So much effort.
It's good but outdated. I would say, read all the latest replies on that thread, because the OP is ancient and some things have changed. It won't be too hard for you to fund your DK. I myself made DK as my first character, and I'm still alive! As I wrote above, that guide is not 100% up to date. Please reply to the thread if you have any questions because I believe many DKs are following it, so they can answer your questions there. The mesos spent on potions is in the big picture a very small cost, to be honest. Berserk activates under 50%. Sure, we die easier than Heroes or Paladins, but because they easily lose focus while bossing, they die too. DKs needs to remain awake, that's all. Rather that saying it's much effort, I'd say it's quite a lot of fun
Washing warriors gives around 50 HP per wash, and only costs 4 MP. So you need fewer washes and less base int. Washing ranged attackers usually gives around 20 HP per wash and costs 12-16 MP, meaning you'll need more washes for the same amount of HP, and way more MP to do all those washes, meaning more base int and mp washing
Thanks for the detailed reply Sylafia is getting INT gear necessary? Feels like a lot of work to get enough INT gear like some others do
I'd recommend getting at least basic int gear if you choose to wash, but you can always compensate by just adding more base int (and therefore paying more mesos to reset that later on). I also have a washing guide you can read which might help: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/hp-washing-for-dummies.224894/
If you don't mind me asking, what does basic INT gear mean and how does it differ from HP washing INT gear? Also, what's the market rate for AP resets? (can't log in for a while so I can't check myself atm) Thanks for the washing guide! Your guide is really easy to understand and it was the first HP washing guide I read. It's also where I read about the thief weirdness, but I was reading a Night Lord guide and it sounded like it wasn't referring to the thief method of washing as stated in your guide, so I went to the other thread to confirm..
Basic int gear is just a cheap set of int gear to at least have something in most slots. Like a 6-7 int wooden wand, 3-4 yellow snowshoes, etc. Commonly available dirt cheap gear that should add up to a bit of extra int.
