IGN: Absentia, MadSounds Problem: Unable to login Details: I've been off the grid for awhile, while still voting now and then. Lately I haven't been able to vote (everytime I vote I go through to the gtop website and then after completing the verification it tells me I already voted even tho I am voting once every few days) so I thought maybe my account needed a refresh login so I downloaded the game and tried to log in, but on all my accounts as soon as I pick a char and enter the pic it logs me back out to the game name and password screen. If I try to log in immediately after it tells me the account is already logged in and trying again after a few minutes gives me the same results - d/c back to the main login screen. Not sure how to proceed from here.
So the only error message is that the account is already logged in? Just checking also, are you using HOTnet / HOTbox?
Negative. Upon logging in I get the "Unable to connect to the game server." After trying again I either get the account already logged in error message or the "Unable to connect to the game server." again. HOTnet as in the internet provider? I think I am yeah
If your mobile data is not HOTnet, you can try to test if you are able to login with it Cause there are many Israel players affected by HOTnet when they randomly blocked the port to Royals https://royals.ms/forum/threads/am-i-banned.145966/#post-862797
I see. Unfortunately the HOT monopoly got me on my mobile also, so I'll try contacting my technical support. If you don't mind, leave this thread open please, I'll update when I have an answer.

So I contacted my internet provider and they solved the problem by unlocking certain connections and changing my i.p address (no idea what that means but I guess it worked). Thank you for the help Dave! problem solved.
