    Watched Weathering with You the other week in theaters. Everything about it was phenomenal. The animation, plot, soundtrack (God Bless Radwimps) Definitely want to watch it again.

    Nagi no Asukara - most underrated love, fantasy anime for those who love magic and adventure element, with characters that show real emotion/love/conflict and other more mature themes like pain and jealousy. characters can swim and breathe underwater in an Atlantis-like world and forbidden love is a big theme. good soundtrack too.

    Made in Abyss - arguably the best anime of the year in 2017. beautiful scenery, mature themes (seinen disguised as shounen). creative with its premise - cave travellers adventuring through a bottomless pit in search of treasures, creatures and secrets. interesting villains/side characters. soundtrack breathtaking and chilling. highly recommended.

    Went to see the new My Hero Academia movie in theaters. It was hella good would definitely recommend. We can see where all the budget of the Mirio vs Chisaki fight went to though. :xD:

    ~4 years LATE but just watched Kimi No Na Wa (Your Name) the other night. Perfect movie to pick up/watch if you don't want to go through hundreds of filler episodes in other series. (this is coming from someone that doesn't watch anime too often anymore)

    Also just watched another highly rated anime movie called Koe no Katachi (A Silent Voice) which was recommended by @Eli. Loved the plot and build up, would highly recommend 10/10. :love:
