Sometime when doing Balloon PQ, both team didn't manage to hit balloon to 0 HP and time out. However the system automatically detect both team are lose and warp out. This is frustrating when the lesser HP team are almost winning but get nothing just because not enough time. Please make the lesser HP team to win the PQ and get reward. The only situation when both team are counted as lose, should be when both team did 0 damage on balloon. Then it will treated as AFKing/trolling in PQ and don't deserve the reward.
I've done quite a few balloon PQ's so far and not once has it timed out yet for me, so maybe the teams were just bad or RNG of drops were bad? I feel this proposed suggestion would encourage a meta of attacking the balloon a little bit and then trying to perma-cake the other team until the timer runs out, which doesn't seem fun, since currently it needs to be killed within the timer for the main rewards to be distributed to the winning team. There isn't much point in a team trying to not kill the balloon, as the rewards for winning should be enough to encourage people to try and win. One of the biggest rewards you can get is the Treasure Map which can give you a chance of getting a Chaos Scroll or White Scroll.
I can say that I have been in a party of only 1, as well as a party of 2. And in both times, it was impossible to finish the PQ in time.
I've done many rounds of PQ as well. So far I've meet 3 rounds of time out. Also yes we did hit the balloon instead of just farming drops. But end up every 3 rounds left like below 10% HP and time out. Perhaps adding 1 or 2 more minute for timer will easier fix this problem.
Draw doesn't take into consideration the possibility that both teams go with the strategy of turning the other party into cakes constantly (happend to me), so I also suggest that the winning team would be the team with the most hits at the end of the pq.
The timer is being extended to 6 minutes in the next server check. Can't do that due to the nature of the buffs not being able to be cancelled. This is a minor inconvenience you'll have to live with I'm afraid.
