    Why do you think you got banned?: shared vpn / ip with someone else who violated t&c(?)

    actually can you tell us more about what's going on?
    all the MAC addresses playing on that IP have been used to log in on your account as well which means you probably know the hacker in real life

    Yes we play in the same household. Pardon my ignorance, I have totally zero understanding of all the tech terms. But we do not purchase any special vpn whatsoever, so is our network considered public or private? We just connect wifi to a modem that's all I know (lol).
    Secondly, again I don't know how bans work, but we understand here the ban is of a ks in nature (small matter I presume compared to hacking / real life trnx). So I, as another player, should not be affected by his ban, since he is the only one who did the petty ksing.
    Which brings us back to first point, are we actually supposed to have some settings that could segregate our network in such a way, so others wouldn't get drag in together when we did nothing wrong.(?)

    Sorry for the long post, we are really not tech experts and we just plug and play. A lot to learn still.. :)
