I had used VPN server before but I deleted and not in my computer anymore.
Hi there. You are not banned. Usually when you disconnect after choosing your character, it's because you're connecting with a public VPN. Please disable or uninstall your VPN services before reconnecting.
Thank you for checking. I believe I did all of that but still not able to reconnect.... any other possibility?
Please check other programs on your computer. Sometimes other programs will download VPN services or turn on in the background.
