I was last able to log in earlier today, did some gacha and set up a shop. Now when I get the to the character select, type in my PIC, it lags for 5-10 seconds. Then I get a crash message saying "unable to log in to game server".

    Steps I have taken:

    - restart my laptop
    - uninstall game and reinstall
    -restart modem
    - use mobile data hotspot

I do not use any VPNs or anything, Mapleroyals has an exception in my firewall/windows defender.

Im unsure why this error keeps occurring for me.

Try running this test, this is to confirm if your network is able to connect to Royals

    https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/
    IP address for test: 51.68.205.179
This will show where the issue lies within the many 'pipes' between you and the server.

Simply download that software, run it, input that IP address, and click start.
Allow it to run 100 tests (which you can tell from the 'Sent' column), then take a screenshot of the program and post it here.

Yep, just tried re logging in and works now. Not sure what the issue was but will try out that test if it happens again.
