I found that it alternates from "this connection has bean blocked" to "this is an id that has bean blocked or deleted from connection"
okay, so now when I use my vpn it allows me to play but for some reason blocks me when i'm not using it now.

I use cyber ghost and they have custom connection options however i'm not entirely sure if they are "private"
Might want to contact them to be sure, as public VPNs can give users IP addresses used by rule breakers. If it's free you can assume it isn't private
yes, it was the vpn, im using a different setting in my server choice, haven't had any more problems.
