Hi , I got the following error after typing my PIC for my character: "Trouble logging into the game ? Please visit the Support section of mapleroyals forum" I'm not sure what is the reason, I downloaded the game again and also I reset my PIN + PIC. I disabled my firewall and antivirus software on my PC. Thanks,

Hi Dave, I did an experiment trying to connect my computer to a phone hotspot network (using cellular). It seems that the client prompts me to type a PIN code every login (It wasn't happening when I used HOT), but the issue still persists after I type my PIC. I had changed my PIC + PIN details a lot yesterday (resetting + disabling) because I didn't remember my credentials. Maybe there is something in regard to it ? Thanks,
It's normal to get prompted PIN since you are logging on from a different network You still disconnect to main page after entering the PIC?
