Ign : APOS Problem : Disconnect from the game issue : After the 7 letters event ran out of time, I dced from the game and couldn't login. I hv already update the client and even renew my FM spot. and here's my photo about the error and some ppl face the same problem as me thank you for all the concern and much effort!
Same problem to me, my character DC after ran out of time in PQ. Whenever I login again, it DC and show the same 214 error code. Please make announcement on it to prevent people get stuck until it's fix
Bump~ Same thing happened to me as well after falling into the pit *Edit: You could still log into the game with a different character from the same account*
Was using 800 client and not working, but then switch to 1024 client, I am able to login back to my char, so can confirm switching client might help
hi, if you fell down and moved you will dc or if you lost the event because of timer, you wont be able to log in if you are using small client, my friend told me that big client you can relog so try downloading the big one
When i enter the charlies PT (MV) in the map for hitting the rocks for letters, i fell from the height and dced. After that, i cant login my character (IGN: Supergal) after typing the PIN. BUT i can login my other accounts. I have searched related posts about outdated files. HOWEVER, after i deleted all the folders and the game, and re-downloaded the new patches and reinstalled for more than 3 times. my character (IGN: Supergal) still meet the same issue - cannot login after inputting the PIN. GM, please help check.
try installing the 1024x768 client, get out of the map if you successfully login, and switch back to 800x600 right after, worked for me
Hello everyone, I'll be merging all disconnection issues related to MVPQ into this thread. We are looking into the issue and are hoping you guys could share any additional information you may have. Particularly, we are wondering when/where you are disconnecting specifically. In the mean time, please refer to some of the solutions that have been offered in this thread. Switching to the 1024x768 seems to work well for most people. Thanks everyone!
event PQ Bug at Stage 1 Party quest, Players affected : StupidChen & Yenyenmeimei Party Members : StupidChen , Yenyenmeimei , Shes18 , Slytherduck party leader (Shes18) cleared the quest and entered stage 2 with slytherduck but 2 remaining player remain in 1st stage to find the envelopes, After the timer is up, 2 of us (StupidChen , Yenyenmeimei ) which didn't proceed to Stage 2 and DC-ed. As both of us are tried to relog. But after entering 2nd PIN, client immediately closed and given the error code : -2147467261 @Matt @Karven
good morning gms I have a problem with a character that cannot connect. message: error code: -2147467261 (invalid pointer) before maple disconeected me i was doing event party quest. my IGN: iTzPerO (hero) i can connect with other caracter of the same acount but no with iTzPerO thx for help me
Install 1024 client to get out from the map, some new maps currently doesn't support 800 resolution and causing it crash. Do PQ with 1024 only until it's fix.
@Rinn indeed it was due to the 800x600 client! this is still a critical bug, hopefully this would be fixed ASAP thank you !!!
Fixed for the next Update/SC, will release a new 800x600 setup soon which will be required to fix this. But a workaround is to use 1024x768 for now.
