In the quest Dr. De Lang's Notes, there is a part where we need to "Hunt for 1 Magic Stone of Honesty from Homunscullo" according to BBB. However, it dropped from normal Homunculus instead. can confirm, pretty sure this happened to me with the special Neo-Huroid mob too, the etc dropped from the regular mob instead
