I am permanently banned for my first-time unintentional and non-profit voting, I absolutely never use the illegal NX (around 10k) to buy APR/gatcha to make Mesos. BTW, I have donated near 200£ to buy pets and clothes, I just like to dress up myself without any other purpose.

I cannot understand why you don't give me a chance since I have stopped that for a long while and I never break the balance of this game. I read this post this morning, and I wonder if GM can reconsider my ban appeal referring to this thread.

You already had the chance to appeal your permanent ban here. I don't appreciate you mentioning the amount you have donated in your ban appeal as if it's something that should persuade the Staff to reduce your punishment (all our player donations go to server maintenance). We exercise our Game Terms of Service and apply them to all the players regardless of how much they have donated, their level, time spent playing ETC.

The period of time you vote abused for matches our major vote abuse policy and your ban was issued by an admin after he has reviewed your voting history. Your ban will remain permanent.

 

Dasha, sorry that I mentioned the donating amount, I just want to prove that I vote for non-profits and I'm glad to donate for you to build a better game environment. I have mentioned that I indeed multi-voted for a period and I stopped doing that when I realize I was making mistake, but I cannot persuade myself to accept such a consequence as a permanent ban.

There may be some misunderstandings in my voting, wish the admin can recheck my vote history and rejudge my appeal.
