    Sorry for my slow answer because of my busy works.

    Why I ask this question is just because of my curiosity.
    If I offend the speaking rules, I will apologize for that.

    In conclusion, I hope there should be some changes according to the vote on the page.
    Most people agree with long term ban instead of permanent ban.
    I hope GMs can take this vote result as a reference.
    After all, this is most players' opinion.
