So what happened to the 1b offer you had? did you lie and tell the person who bid "oh I changed my mind, I'll keep the IGN" only to come back here and edit the post to make sure you can only walk out with atleast 4b?
Lie about "what"? get it. I've held this ign for 8 years. Why would I rush to sell it so cheap? Anyways.. An offer is just that. An offer which helps me and other understand *what* the market values this IGN at. No timer was set in place when I initially made this post. If that is against the rules on the forums, then I am mistaken. If not, then I'm not so sure what the point of your comment is. When I received the initial 1b offer I never placed a time limit or "count down". I made no promises to anyone, as I was still guaging interest and value from the community. I'd be selling myself short if I did that. I recieved a direct message from another member on the forums, outbidding the initial 1B offer. This player offered me 2b, which i still consider too low. Therefore, I contacted the initial bidder in game and let them know they were outbid. Instead of updating the new incoming c/o with the new 2b offer, again that I still considered too low, I decided to established a minimum price of 4b with a timer of 72 hours. (and also lowered the auto win price to 7b) and declined said newer offer. It makes things difficult when people only want to direct msg me instead of posting offers/ questions here ( assuming out of fear of driving the price up). TLR: I placed the minimum at 4b, which I think is incredibly cheap, but a price id be willing to honor after a 72 hour timer. Still not entirely sure what you're upset about @Nekochu Gaua, but feel free to leave an offer.
1B bidder here: it's more like it feels like ur wasting ppls time by taking offers that u will never accept and also just feels super greedy lol, the last 4 letter username as i told you sold for 2b, and yeah urs is a nice username but if you consider ur a/w of 7b which can be a decent upgrade to ATT gear for newer players, it's very expensive. other usernames that have sold for higher were like "cheat" which was cooler and was bought at an insanely high price by an rwt-er that eventually got banned. so, it just feels like you keep reiterating that u really think it deserves a high price, then why not tell me and the 2b bidder that u just wont accept these bids instead of wasting our time, since you have clearly stated that u will only start the timer after 4b bid? i don't really have a problem with you since i dont feel like i wanna spend more than 2b on a username and wont be bidding, i'm just pointing out why it feels kinda slimey
@bibz I see your where you're coming, though it can be perceived both ways. It is difficult to know how serious people's offers are when they don't even reply on my forum post and whisper/ dm me on the side. It makes me feel like they're just testing the water, similar to how I was testing the pricing waters originally. I was just trying to figure out what exactly it was worth, not trying to come across as slimey. I have to be diligent, imagine how dumb I would feel if I saw this IGN re-selling in my face? I did tell the 2b bidder that I won't accept their offer, but out of respect, I will give them a chance to start the 72 hour timer with their 2b offer, if they want it. If they say no, then you can have the 2b offer if you want (followed by 72 hour counter). I will message them now.
