How to get into the mushroom kingdom and begin related quests?

    Hi! I would like to ask how can I get into the mushroom kingdom? I came to the portal in Henesys and it told me 'You cannot pass through this portal right now.' I don't know why I can't enter this map. Is there a level requirement? Or do I need to complete some pre-tasks?

    Hi, I mean the Mushroom Castle. Do you mean the 'Theme Dungeon: Mushroom Castle' is not open in this game?
