Community Blacklist

To all the people who think what souna is doing is not harassment , i do encourage you to go outside right now and find a random stranger be it male or female and do what souna does just follow them around and invade their personal space. I guarantee when the said person you're following ask you to leave them alone and you refuse they are gonna call the police on you , and why you may ask ? Because that is HARRASMENT.

Even if this is not harassment, it can still be in the blacklist under "Toxicity". Reports can be made if someone breaks the rules, like harassment. The blacklist is wider than that.
Just wanted to clarify that since the main discussion the past day has been about if this is harassment or not. That's not really what I am concerned about. I am more concerned about his motives, but unfortunately he has not left a comment on the matter.

 

How people equating a game with real life is beyond me

 

agree with this take. I don't believe it's harassment for him to AFK next to her group, especially since they're afking on a platform in ch1 fm which is the most populated map. Trying to take ownership of afk spots especially in ch1 fm is unreasonable
It would be harassment if it's shown that he's intentionally following/stalking her, but from what I can see, she has not tried to cc/move maps at all, so it's wrong to say that he's stalking her

Don't think there really needs to be 3 pages of discussion on whether it even constitutes as harassment or toxic behavior. Best solution is to submit the evidence in a report as Kenny suggested and Staff can at the very least give a warning to Souna to prevent him from continuing the same behavior. I don't think its harassment or toxic to sit in the FM where someone else may be conversing, but the screenshots show he has done it consistently over a period of time. If he's following you beyond just ch1 FM, I think you have a strong case to submit a harassment report. If he's not following you beyond that, he just wants a rise out of you and as others have mentioned, next best thing to resolve this after a report is to pretend he doesn't exist and move on.

 

They aren't the same, yes. But you are playing with real life players so basic etiquette such as being considerate and being mindful still apply don't you think?

 

I enjoy going AFK on that platform and have been using it as my AFK spot for a while now. By the time she puts up her signs or leaves me messages, it's already too late. I'm not looking at the game. There is no intention to harass anyone and I did not realize it could be perceived as harassing or disrespectful.
The reason her chat is always met with zero response is that I vote, log in, and immediately AFK in my spot. I do nothing else but stay AFK in the FM and I am actually playing the game maybe 10% of the time.

One of my friends let me know I was being talked about on the forum on this thread. I hardly use these forums and the tag notifications for that thread they made are why you can see my name there.

Anyway, @etuko1212 I have been banned without warning so this matter has been resolved.

How do you explain the screenshots that show you have been covering her? It's either she came to you and deliberately accused you for harassing or you came to her and claimed to be afk.

So just because this is just a game , people dont have the right to ask to be left alone ? If someone want's to be left alone just leave them alone .

 

Her screenshots has timestamp showed you move to different spots in a short amount of time, and “coincidentally” near her every time you move. Do you have a good explanation for that?

For example, she was at the right most platform, then moved to the middle platform. And you moved there too. She then moved to top right platform, and yet you were next to her again.

Just don’t do it in the future

gonna start banning people for killing manons for nx now? leaving boss runs? stealing apples?

7 day bans if 42 people 'like' the blacklist post? seems a good idea (not satire/sarcasm btw)
