にゃんぱすを始めとする全ての記事を読んでいただいた方々、また、応援のコメントをくれた方々に感謝の気持ちをお伝えします。私は皆さんのアドバイスのおかげでレポートを作成することができました。私は彼を禁止してほしいとは思っていません、私の望みは彼と和解し、結論の機会を設けてもらい、今後は無言で私たちに付きまとうのではなく、会話やこのゲームを一緒にに楽しむ事が出来れば幸いです。

 

C'est facile que le choix en etumi est de reste a le fm. Pourqoui est-ce qu'elle veut aller a un autre destination si elle avait l'amusement de reste la?. Elle a dit au souna de partir plusieur des temps mais ill ne bouge pas avec le grand chaise. Le meilleur choix que tu peux fair est de rapport cet situation a l'administrateur parce que il peut enprisonment pour trois jours pour cet infraction.

He did move around but Souna kept following her. Obviously this is annoying but hardly constitutes harassment.
Souna on the other hand has negative fame now and mass defame is harassment

EDIT:she didnt tell anyone to defame Souna so cant really blame him either

 

Having a lot of defame is not harassment.
Telling and encouraging other people to mass defame, or using multiple characters to defame someone, is.
However, in the case of provocation, certain actions like mass defame can be forgiven, at least to me. Can't speak for GMs, but giving a few defames in retaliation to Souna acting like an ass is not the same as harassment in my book. If mass defamation even took place at all.

I'm waiting for @sounaa to share his side of the events. Otherwise, I'm gonna have to take actions based on what is known so far.

 

To all the people who think what souna is doing is not harassment , i do encourage you to go outside right now and find a random stranger be it male or female and do what souna does just follow them around and invade their personal space. I guarantee when the said person you're following ask you to leave them alone and you refuse they are gonna call the police on you , and why you may ask ? Because that is HARRASMENT.

Even if this is not harassment, it can still be in the blacklist under "Toxicity". Reports can be made if someone breaks the rules, like harassment. The blacklist is wider than that.
Just wanted to clarify that since the main discussion the past day has been about if this is harassment or not. That's not really what I am concerned about. I am more concerned about his motives, but unfortunately he has not left a comment on the matter.

 

How people equating a game with real life is beyond me

 

agree with this take. I don't believe it's harassment for him to AFK next to her group, especially since they're afking on a platform in ch1 fm which is the most populated map. Trying to take ownership of afk spots especially in ch1 fm is unreasonable
It would be harassment if it's shown that he's intentionally following/stalking her, but from what I can see, she has not tried to cc/move maps at all, so it's wrong to say that he's stalking her

Don't think there really needs to be 3 pages of discussion on whether it even constitutes as harassment or toxic behavior. Best solution is to submit the evidence in a report as Kenny suggested and Staff can at the very least give a warning to Souna to prevent him from continuing the same behavior. I don't think its harassment or toxic to sit in the FM where someone else may be conversing, but the screenshots show he has done it consistently over a period of time. If he's following you beyond just ch1 FM, I think you have a strong case to submit a harassment report. If he's not following you beyond that, he just wants a rise out of you and as others have mentioned, next best thing to resolve this after a report is to pretend he doesn't exist and move on.

 

They aren't the same, yes. But you are playing with real life players so basic etiquette such as being considerate and being mindful still apply don't you think?

 

I enjoy going AFK on that platform and have been using it as my AFK spot for a while now. By the time she puts up her signs or leaves me messages, it's already too late. I'm not looking at the game. There is no intention to harass anyone and I did not realize it could be perceived as harassing or disrespectful.
The reason her chat is always met with zero response is that I vote, log in, and immediately AFK in my spot. I do nothing else but stay AFK in the FM and I am actually playing the game maybe 10% of the time.

One of my friends let me know I was being talked about on the forum on this thread. I hardly use these forums and the tag notifications for that thread they made are why you can see my name there.

Anyway, @etuko1212 I have been banned without warning so this matter has been resolved.

How do you explain the screenshots that show you have been covering her? It's either she came to you and deliberately accused you for harassing or you came to her and claimed to be afk.

How is a character sitting next to you in game similar to doing this in real life
