What is the Standard Operating Procedure of "reserving" a zak ch?
If you go to zak and there's a guy standing afk, how many minutes should you attempt to communicate and wait before you can take ch?
If you go to zak and there's a guy standing and he says "NO STOP THIS IS MY CH DONT GO IN PLEASE" how long must you wait before you can rightfully take ch?
If you go to zak and there's a party there but they're not going in, but they say they're going to go soon, can you take ch?
If you go to zak and there's a party there and they're trying to go in, can you be faster than them and snipe ch start exped drop eof?
If you go to zak and there's a party there, how long should you wait for them to start before saying to yourself "they're not ready, i can take ch"?
If you go to zak and there's a party there, how long can they rightfully "reserve" the ch?
If you go to zak and there's a party just out from first run going to start second run immidiately, and you DONT know it's their second run, do you have the right to take the ch?

Can you /find a random party ready zhelm buyer from smega?
Can you /find your enemy and snipe their zak ch?

Back in CMS, players often need to wait for one or two runs before being able to start a run, resulting in a need to fight for the expedition leader. There was even communication to maximize the chance for back-to-back zak runs, something like "I am about to get out, get ready to sign-up!"

So imo this is nostalgic. no one 'own' the expedition until you sign up as the leader

 

I don't know about where you come from but from where I do, restaurants do not allow parties to dine in unless everyone in the party is present. Understand that in this period zak channels are in high demand in this period and not everyone can just bend to your whim and fancy.

 

You "have" a zakum channel once you've started the signup. If the signup time expires, you lose the channel until someone else signs up. After you defeat zak and leave the map you lose the channel. There is no reserving channels. If your party is "ready" for 20 minutes why have you not already started (and killed) zak?

 

The channel is yours once you put your tissue pack on the table

i have a feeling using ./find on pt ready zak smegaer-s or your unfriendlies to snipe their ch is still like stalkinh/harassment tho? what proof do i have that etu did not just /find me to snipe my ch? or are we going to declare that to be a-okay? i'm more than fine with that if i can do that too

@deadliest i've been reading the replies and i remember doing this to you once recently, I saw a couple stick members afk and I just went in and started with my party. so is what i did totally 'legal' and allowed and not-blacklistable , but just a dick move?

 

just let bishop cc and allow them to stay at door, simple solution solved. no idea why this game must make any char teleport back to the "drop".

 

yeah, sorry bout that i remember i was irritated af that day cause everything was going bad. that time was us just trying to get the last person in through the door. we weren't really afk and I told you I was about go in, but all good cause you didn't see the message, so i can't hold that on you. i think it is a dick move if there is an existing party of multiple people at the door to zak ready to go in and you come in as one person to door and take the channel, cause then everyone in that existing party has to leave and re-door and/or walk back, but otherwise if like small group is afk and nobody responding, just take it. blacklisting someone over that minor inconvenience of ccing isn't worth it IMO (IF it were a blacklistable offense).

you jokingly (?) threatened to harrass a marginalized group in this community just like another person did over this "offence" which has been deemed not an offence at all.

i believe that you should apologise about that, because that is way more egregious than anything they did, and honestly very toxic.

 

FACT: shadharu saw me at zakum, I told her this is my ch, she f3d/blehhd me (video evidence) and went in anyways. is that not harassment? and I'm not threatening a marginalized group I was threatening two people etumimi+shadharu that's it.

RESPONSE: I took 8 mules to MapleStreet lobby and went to maplestreet lobby top platform, everyone has a right to be there right? stayed for a few hours, logged after etumimi and her friends moved. just once. I believe that was an equally proportionate response.

if she had an fm entrance ch 1 afk spot i would just have parked a few mules there, i wouldn't have followed her or said anything. that's totally within game rules and not blacklistable according to precedent.

you admit to threatening.

you said that their fm space was not safe anymore, that you were gonna go there and disrupt their peace. they have publicly had conflict with someone who has done this and voiced how uncomfortable it made them feel. and you followed through and harassed them.

this is immature and toxic behaviour. yes, you should apologise. this has nothing to do with what happened in zakum, this is about you doing something that has a pre-established history of making your targets uncomfortable and unhappy.
