Unhinged Feedback Thread

Have you ever had an idea for a feedback thread that was too dumb to risk posting to the Feedback forum, but too awesome not to share with someone? Is the little Moeed on your shoulder whispering dark truths into your ear? Then this is the thread for you. If you're making a new feedback entry, please start the post with a bold header so we know it's a new feedback idea. Here, I'll start:


Feedback Request: Transparent Face and Skin Options

We already have transparent NX to cover up almost every hideous item in this game, from eye accessories to shields. There's even a bald cap item that effectively acts as transparent hair! There's already active feedback threads for allowing the transparent pet equip for all pets and the addition of a transparent medal, but I'm here to pitch two crucial additions to complete the set.

Transparent Face
Purchasable from Big Headward, does it hide your face equip? No! It hides your face.


Transparent Skin
Available from the NLC clinic, you have option of undergoing a futuristic experimental procedure that makes your skin even more transparent than a slime's! (And your skeletal, muscular, circulatory system and organs- the clear paint gets it ALL. Only the face and mouth remain.)


With these two items combined, you could rock the invisible man look:



If you used transparent NX on all of your items, you could sit down on your clear chair and look like this:

At this point why not add a transparent chat/label ring too? Go big or go home.

I request that we add a new medal, inspired by the legendary virtuoso request:

Ultimate Double Triple Super Legendary Virtuoso of Amazingness

This medal will give +69 wa and +420 to all stats.

Requirements to obtain:
- Acquire Legendary Collector
- Acquire Quest Virtuoso
- Acquire Ultimate Adventurer
- Complete ALL daily/weekly content in the game, in one day. The scroll should be entirely filled!
- Have at least 100 Congrats from GM in inventory
- Repeat all above requirements for all 6 characters in your account, required 1 of each job (Warrior, Archer, Mage, Thief, Pirate, Beginner)

 

It's going to take me a while, but if I could do it, haha , challenge acepted

Feedback Request: Render Country Flag Emojis in Character Names

It has always been a great feature of the forums to be able to represent your country flag below your avatar, so I am proposing a similar feature for in-game names.

Each country of the world has a flag emoji, so it would be great to allow players to use these in their character names. However, the v83 client does not support unicode characters at the character creation screen. The obvious solution would be to use plain text at the character creation screen and render the flag in the name server-side, and we can accomplish this using the 2-letter country code.

For example, the country code for Canada is CA, so if I wanted to use the flag in my name it would look like this:



Similarly, someone from the Netherlands or Bahamas could represent using their 2-letter country code:



Of course this rendering change would have to be applied to all existing names too, but I don't think that would cause any major problems.

 

Don't forget to add the following extra tiles: "server wipe" and "ban 50% of the community".

 

If the first (perma banned) character RWT'd to get those items, does the recipient then get perma banned once that's found out?
