For Implementation Item Please allow the use of return scrolls in NeoTokyo Maps

Please allow the use of the return scrolls in the follow maps, which currently restricts the use of Return scroll: Nearest Town, Chocolate Milk, Fruit Milk and Strawberry Milk.

2095: Park Hideout
2095: Park
2095: Park Outskirts
2102: Akihabara Ruins
2102: Akihabara Rooftops
2102: Akihabara - Command Room
2102: Old Fox Flagship Bow

For easier travel between NT bosses.

Not sure about other map but u cant use scroll at vergamort entrance map. I always have to go back 1 map to use the scroll. Nibergen entrance map can use nearest scroll. Never thought about using shrine return scroll, its might be a cool saving time idea.
