So I did 100k+ GP trio most of the time with guild and no1 report they loot it. In the past i got 3 of them at this rate. Quite desperated so can staff spend some time to check out if there is something wrong or the drop is low and we unlucky? Btw the invisible item in fountain map also quite anoying, hope its fixed some day :/
For reference, We did around 130-140 pq most trio Assume that ea of us only can break 4 boxes Thats around 1600 boxes Even if 1 chair is dropped the rate now is 1/1600 = 0.06% which is ws/cs rate (if the chair dropped) The chair is an untradable item that u show ppl as an achievement and i like it to be rare too but its quite too low for me. I suggest to change it to average 0.2-0.5% or 1 dropped every 200-500 boxes or every 20-50pqs there should be 1 dropped at least.
Please request the 2 x players to provide estimated stats so that the Staff team can do a test on the provided info
I can add to this that I've done over 200 runs at this point (If it's needed, on the character Getoneer), and I didn't even know this is a possible drop (as it was never dropped).
Hi @Dave Deviluke . I'm from the Ours guild and I have personally been in every GPQ we've done from 80,000 points to almost 1,080,000 points. If we go on the conservative side and assume each GPQ clear is around 900 points, I have been apart of 1,111 GPQs and I have yet to see an Ergoth Throne Chair. These GPQ runs: Range between 1 player to 6 player runs Players hit around 4 boxes to 8 boxes each pending their classes and section in the bonus room I have confirmed with all guildies that have attended GPQ that they have not obtained an Ergoth Throne Chair since starting our grind this year (27th June 2024) For consistency's sake, regardless of the team composition and section, I can always hit between 6 boxes to 8 boxes per run Conservative side means I've hit a total of 6,666 boxes and I have not seen a single Ergoth Throne Chair Please advise if you require additional information or have further questions around this situation. I will happily respond.

I received feedback from a player about my actions in this thread: "Instead of voicing it out to dev, you did a blockage on the matter by not informing dev first but rather wish to get data from players first." https://royals.ms/forum/threads/the-deletion-of-comments-the-ban-hammers.241487/page-2#post-1491458 How the events unfolded: - The thread was created in December 2023 but was not picked up by Staff at the time (including me). - Another player bumped it in October 2024. - I requested the player to provide the estimated stats to ensure their findings were consistent with Staff testing. - Other players contributed their findings, such as reporting being unable to obtain the said Ergoth chair even after 200 runs. - In November 2024, I forwarded the estimated information provided to the Devs. - The issue was patched in November 2024. I did not block any progress on this thread. For Bug Reports, I always ask for findings, such as relevant screenshots, so that the Devs are fully aware of the reported situation. It is essential to provide a clear and accurate picture of what has happened rather than making assumptions before requesting a review from the Devs.
