As title reads, my suggestion is a server announcement (similar to when a player reaches level 200) upon achieving the Legendary Collector medal. I think would just depend on how often it's achieved of course (to avoid spamming chat), though I would assume it happens much less often than players reaching level 200. Same could apply to Quest Virtuoso probably
might be tricky considering you can drop the medals and retake the quest and turn in i am down for another pat on the back tho kek
