Well if that's true, then it's just one more to add to the list of glitches/inaccuracies plaguing the Royals version of this PQ.

In case ppl some ppl didn't know, we now only need 10 Alcadno and 10 Zenumist Marbles to craft the Horus's Eye, reduced from the original 25 of each, updated in patch#87.
Rock of wisdom now has 100% chance of success (granting 3wa, 9ma, 150hp&mp after all 3 scrolls), and can be traded with Teamwork tokens from Cody so you don't need to do more runs to get it maxed.

Then, for ppl that might be clueless about where to exchange the Horus's Eye after collecting the Marbles (like me ):

Doing perfect runs and defeating angry Frank will allow you to enter Yulete's Lab (fourth sewer pipe from the left, with no water flowing out).
Inside you'll see Yulete, but in order to have the option to exchange Horus's Eye, you'll need to finish a questline from Keeny (on the left side in Magatia), starting from "Keeny's Research on Roid" till "Study Frankenroid 1 & 2" which she will ask you to talk to Yulete.

After that Yulete will begin a questline "Yulete's Request" which you will do a set of errands all in the portal to his left.
After finishing, you'll get the "Yulete's Reward" which he will let you exchange Horus's Eye and Rock of Wisdom.​
