The Solo PQ Reference Compendium This was a curious experiment I wanted to try after losing my mind solo leeching multiple low level characters. I wondered if it was more effective to solo PQs for exp if you had like, 5 int bricks and 1 carry. Might as well get something out of it as well, as the untradeables from some PQs are pretty good. The results? I have no idea because I don't know leech exp per hour stats, but that's how it all started. And now, here are some solo PQ runs. Though this was all executed solo, thank you to all the guides and guide makers I've linked to in this for their references and such . Preface: If you can afford to (or even find) other people to run with, do so. Runs should strictly be faster and you get to meet people Reiterating and re-framing point 1; Your PQ runs with any group should, on paper, NOT be slower than any of the runs here. This is not an in-depth guide to any specific PQ. You can refer to the guide I've linked underneath. That is to say, I still have some notes written about them here. Some extra details and timestamps are in the description of each video. There is no volume These aren't done with super efficient speed in mind, more of a general ballpark, average run. EXP gained does not include the EXP from mobs or bosses killed. I won't be covering any boss solo's here. Multiple other people do that already anyway and most of those are straight forward to a degree (just hitting the boss) I won't be covering CPQ and CPQ2 because I absolutely hate those. Henesys (HPQ) Guide: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/henesys-party-quest.48012/ Time: ~4 - 5 minutes EXP: 1,600 per character (3+ characters) Notes: This PQ actually kicked my ass before I was told to do the Warrior Slash Blast strat. Pretty sure without some heavy wave clear like that or Pirates Sommersault Kick, it's not possible to clear It's also the most not worth PQ to do like, ever. Kerning (KPQ) Guide: I don't see an available Kerning PQ Guide in the Forums Time: ~8 - 10 minutes EXP: 9,600 per character (Exactly 4 characters) Notes: In a solo run, 1st stage takes the longest interestingly. Otherwise, the PQ is super straight forward Ludibrium (LPQ) Guide: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/ludibrium-party-quest-lpq-guide.108791/ Time: ~24 - 30 minutes EXP: 138,560 per character (5-6 characters) Notes: Starting at lvl 35, 20 LPQs for the Broken Glasses will take you to ~lvl46 20 Solo LPQs will take you around 8 - 10 hours Need 1 Mage for Teleport and one ranged character that does damage. Otherwise, as seen in the run, can use anyone that can tank ~8k damage for the "Thief" portal This run took a slight bit longer because of 6 characters instead of 5 Corsair Recoil Shot is extremely quick for Stage 5 rope climbing. I didn't use it here because I was simulating average LPQ runs, where Corsairs are basically non-existent. 133 - 221 - 333 - 123 - 111 Highly recommend learning JMS for Stage 8 Orbis (OPQ) Guide: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/orbis-pq-guide.174277/ Time: ~24 - 30 minutes EXP: 408,300 per character (5-6 characters) Notes: Starting at lvl 51, 20 OPQs for the Goddess Wristband will take you to ~lvl 61 20 Solo OPQs will take you around 8 - 10 hours Running with a Duo that also knows how to run can shave up to 5 - 7 minutes per run, so the more people, the better You do not NEED a Mage (Max FJ or Corsair Wings can cover), but Haste or 20 Jump is required. You do not need to move any characters except to clear Sealed Room (need 5) and On the Way Up (need 2) Ludibrium Maze (LMPQ) Guide: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/guide-to-full-rooms-lmpq-for-dummies.65813/ Time: ~5 minutes EXP: 300 per ticket (3+ characters) Notes: Admittedly, I didn't really follow the guide for this one. I just knew if you kept doing into the middle portal, you'd eventually get to the end. You need to collect 150 tickets minimum for it to count towards Olaf There are 16 rooms. If the calculation does not land on 16, it will not count it for the overflow (ex. room 14 + 4 = 3 (15 then 1 then 2 then 3) Left Portal is +4 to your current room number Middle Portal is +7 to your current room number Right Portal is -3 to your current room number Magatia (RnJ PQ) Guide: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/romeo-juliet-party-quest-rjpq-guide-under-construction.174168/ Time: ~20 - 25 minutes EXP: ~940,000 per character (Exactly 4 characters) Notes: This is worth doing for the quest medal, as it unlocks more quests to do for quest completion. Just make sure to have the appropriate quests in progress Yulete's Notes can be obtained by killing the mobs on the top left during the boss fight. I didn't do it for this run Handy to have a note pad or something for Stage 6 Handy to have NLs for the flash jump and haste for Stage 5 and 6. Not required if you have a char with max movement stats anyway Herb Town (PPQ) Guide: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/pirate-party-quest-guide-2024.232810/ Time: ~8 - 11 minutes EXP: 400,000 per character (3+ characters) Notes: Starting at lvl 70, 50 PPQs for the Pirate Hat will take you to ~lvl 81 50 Solo PPQ runs will take you around 6.5 - 9 hours (time range includes if you have more characters) Not sure if you can leave characters in previous stages if you can blitz to the end NPC, but I can't be bothered to check again because I hate PPQ Ellin Forest (EPQ) Guide: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/ellin-forest-party-quest-guide-epq.185329/ Time: ~15 - 23 minutes EXP: Scales linearly off level. 1,600,00 + (50,000 x (your level - 110)) Notes: First PQ on here that I duo-cliented on a laptop for the boss, as it is probably one of the longest parts of the PQ depending on your damage You do not need to move any other characters the entire run. Do remember to keep pet hp and magic guard for Stage 5 Wild Boars. Got somewhat lucky on this run, can expect more average solo runs to be 15 - 20 minutes long because of Stage 3 and 6 20 Solo EPQ runs should take you around 5 - 8 hours. Double that for 40 runs for both ring + earring Crimsonwood Keep (CWKPQ) Guide: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/crimsonwood-party-quest-prequisite-guide-2020-cwpq.153541/ Time: Depends, but probably ~1 - 1.5 hours EXP: Depends Notes: If you are to solo this, I highly recommend duo attacking. Not required, but expect to maybe use more attack pots to cover for the time loss. This run was more for leeching chars and not clear speed. I went with MM Top lane and Hero Bot lane for comfort. Puppet makes the top very easy and Hero didn't eat a huge chunk of all my pots. Clear speed depends on the SE damage bottleneck here, so other than easing things by transitioning from duo attack to solo attack, bot lane attacker doesn't need to rebuff SI/SE or use as much attack pots. It's not in this run, but I've gone down to 2 Appos, 1 Gizer on Hero and 3 Appos, 1 Peppermint on MM. All in all, this Solo CWK strategy will get you per run: 5-10 Mons (2x during Halloween) ~30m exp per char on 2 Leeching Chars (~36m exp for 1 Leeching Char) 10 - 15 Bonus Boxes I like to bring someone to take a free bon sometimes as I obviously can't get all the boxes. Duo CWK is way more cost efficient with time and resources spent (cuts it by around half, who would've thought), so if you can, you should do that instead lol. Solo is a far greedier approach. Fun fact: My BM with 4k range with an appo + mw20 + echo can clear Archer Room. So if anyone asks about their ability to clear Archer room, here's an additional reference. MM is probably even easier in this regard with Snipe. Expect them to do nothing to the bosses though. Amoria (APQ) (WIP, though who the hell would even want to solo this) Excavation Site (GPQ) (WIP, though who would even want to solo this either) Spoiler: Update History (if ever updated) Nov 11, 2025: Initial Post
Love this! At 2 tokens per 5 mins per character, it's the fastest source of tokens. I personally ditched the guide and used my own strategy: Mules: Middle portal until your room is a multiple of 3 (3, 6, 9, 12, 15) Right portal until your room is 9 Middle portal to get to exit Bishop: (or other attacker) Middle portal until your room is 2 below a multiple of 3 (1, 4, 7, 10, 13) Right portal until your room is 1 This is where you start hitting boxes & killing mobs From room 1, take the left portal and then the middle portal all the way to room 16. You will only go through 1 room (12) that has no mobs. You will accumulate exactly 152 tokens and avoid the most annoying enemies which drop variable amounts of tokens. 1 L> 5 M> 12 M> 4 M> 11 M> 3 M> 10 M> 2 M> 9 M> 16 > EXIT At 1 token per 4 mins per character, it's the second fastest source of tokens.
KPQ -Mount is usable -You can dc/leave a character after entering if you don't care about tokens on them, so you only hunt passes for two characters -If someone gets the warrior STR question, pass leader to them and you can roll a new question on the previous leader
You know, with how much I've done these runs, I should've remembered about the tokens you could get from these. That would be a good thing to mention. I'll probably add that later on
Here is my incomplete Solo PQ guide you can feel free to use/steal/borrow Solo PQ Guide So the reason I’m writing this guide is because I have no friends, so I just like to play with myself (Get your mind out of the gutter). Please reference the appropriate normal guides for each PQ, but here is how you can min/max your playstyle to complete them as easily/fast as possible. This is great for farming Tokens of Teamwork, PQ specific prizes (OPQ gloves, Squishy shoes, etc.) Or just leveling a bunch of alts at once. The first step is a good step of proactive choices, if you’re reading this guide you’ve probably already made some characters, so there’s no chance to be proactive unless you’re hardcore. Generally One of the best options I’ve found is to have 1-2 high level characters walk the others through. They do not need to be well equipped, just a high level is fine. I would recommend a 70+ DK and Hermit at bare minimum for the easiest way through, but this is not required for all PQs and just a suggestion and I’ll highlight where this makes sense to do so. KPQ This one is pretty easy to solo, but times will vary drastically based on coupons needed per run. I actually recommend your “main attacker’ for this run should be a mage. There’s a few niche spots you can use teleport for that help a lot, and magic claw has reach without running into whacking like Archers/Thieves. What I tend to do is have my alts leave the question asked of them open so I can keep track of each question then have my attacker go farm the amounts, then drop stacks for the alts. The pro strat here is to pretend it is a 3 character run instead of a 4 character run. What you can do is you actually get 4 possible questions, but technically only need to turn in 2 of them. How this works is you have your 3 alts get their question, let’s say it’s 35, 25, 25. Strategy 1: You can have the person with the highest question answer leave the PQ. If you want this character to stay, you can have one of the lower question characters answer their question, drop their pass, and then leave the PQ. Now you only need 2 passes to continue, and you have 1 and just the lowest question remains. Strategy 2: Change your party leader to the character who has the 35 questions and check your leader's question. They get their own question as well and it could be lower. You can decide if it’s worth the effort to check every time, but I’ve found it’s only worth it if you get really high rolls. Strategy 3: Your party members are all as smart as you, if your question rolls are terrible then just…leave the PQ and go back inside. From here it’s mostly just character movement. Put your character closest to the NPC. Your Goal here is to move as least as possible. For example for the kitten puzzle I would go 123 > 124 > 125 > 135 > 134 > 154 > 254 > 253 > 243 > 543 The positions reference your 3 characters. When I say 154 I mean the character on 3 goes to 5. This limits you to moving only one character per time, which should speed you up. For Barrel Puzzle I tend to go this route as I only ever have to move one character 123 > 126 > 125 > 124 > 134 > 136 > 135 > 145 > 146 > 156 > 256 > 253 > 263 > 243 > 245 > 246 > 346 > 345 > 365 > 465 I leave everyone else at the top and then use my attacker to clear. Watch out for pet loot if you’re trying to collect card/shoes for alts. Just have everyone double click Chloe to finish. EXP/Hour = Tokens/Hour= LPQ I have not attempted to solo this one. OPQ EXP/Hour = 744,000 Tokens/Hour= 4.5 LMPQ This is an interesting one, mainly because there is no actual value to LMPQ except in extreme playstyles as the only advantage it offers is a supply of Red Cider (WA) and Power Elixirs which most players could just buy instead and a very short play run window (7-10 minutes a run). Without accounting for perfect Token of Teamwork bursts the run is only worth about 20m/hour in PEs and Ciders and with ideal ToT acquisition we’re still looking at double that. In terms of EXP for alts it’s going to give you about 63% the efficiency of solo’ing OPQ. If you’re going to run this for a few extra tokens or for Olaf I still want to provide a strategy. We have a few goals that are different from the normal player. Generally this is a PQ where having a DK/DrK attacker is perfect. Their Dragon Roar and Spear Crusher will make this PQ easy. First of all your alts do not need to go into every room, in fact the best thing we can do is rush them to room 16 so we can ignore them until we’re done. We don’t need to optimize a party through multiple routes, we follow two tables. Your Alts need to get to 16 in as few portals as possible, so use this chart to have them wait for your attacker 1 -> 1,1,2 2 -> 2,2 3 -> 2,2,2,2 4 -> 1,1,3,2 5 -> 1,2 6 -> 1,2,2,2 7 -> 1,1,3,3,2 8 -> 1,3,2 9 -> 2 10 -> 2,2,2 11 -> 1,3,3,2 12 -> 3,2 13 -> 1,2,2 14 -> 1,2,2,2,2 15 -> 3,3,2 Your main attacker (Ideally a Drk) Will solo every room. The easiest path is to start at 1 and then just take the middle portal every time. To go through every room and finish in 16. Be aware that 12-15 have no monsters in it Then let’s do this as mindlessly as possible for your Drk who will solo every room (Basically just roar in every room). The easiest pattern is to get yourself to room 1. Then just take the middle portal every single time, and you’ll visit every single room. Here’s what the path should look like. 1 → 8 → 15 → 7 → 14 → 6 → 13 → 5 → 12 → 4 → 11 → 3 → 10 → 2 → 9 → 16 To get from your random room to start in room 1 just use this table to get there. 1 -> (already there) 2 -> 2,2,1,3 3 -> 1,3,3 4 -> 3 5 -> 2,1 6 -> 1,3,3,3 7 -> 3,3 8 -> 1,1 9 -> 2,1,3 10 -> 3,3,3 11 -> 1,1,3 12 -> 1 13 -> 2,2,1 14 -> 1,1,3,3 15 -> 1,3 The ideal strategy is just to go through every room as the Turomacis tickets were nerfed, which makes incomplete runs not ideal. EXP/Hour = 468,000 Tokens/Hour= 8* * Although this is the tokens/hour this is about net time. Be aware the best you could get is running right before and after reset and this would get you 6 in one go) PPQ This is my OG let’s try to solo a Party Quest run as I worked through my alts. It’s another one of those 1 Token of teamwork runs, but the only run that might be faster is LMPQ. We will be slower as we’re going to have one attacker. You can probably project 4 runs/hour safely. Again Dragon Roar will make this amazing. Pretty much the hardest part of this PQ is walking all your alts through it within the time frame. Haste will help out immensely here and I would argue is non-negotiable. Technically you could without, but it WILL slow you down. The nice thing is technically you can solo this PQ just by leaving your alts behind, but this guide will assume you’re trying for a full 5x alt party for ToT & Pirate Hat, and EXP. For this run follow the guide as normal. You will want to have a pet with healing pots on all of your alts. You can save some pots/mesos by leaving them in the previous room until 30 seconds remain. DO NOT FORGET THEM, or they will be kicked out of the PQ. Try to finish as much of room 2 as possible before they join as this is the room they will take the most damage in. Honestly you will probably just want to pick your side, roar and loot. From there Do the “Through the Decks” solo, but don’t go into the Skeleton keys room yet (You don’t want that timer to start) wait by the portal and bring all your alts into the room. Start the Skeleton key room, if you have a thief with haste, they probably have Dark Sight so you can have them come loot the keys (Keep your HP up). And then they can drop with dark sight to speed you up. As for the boss room, you could bring them in, or wait until you’re done, but your timer might be low so it might be worth it to just bring them all in. Either way DO NOT TALK TO Wu Lung until all alts are in there with you. Once you talk to Wu Lung, if an alt is not in the room it’ll miss the credit for the clear. EXP/Hour: 1,600,000 Tokens/Hour: 4* * Although this is the tokens/hour this is about net time. Be aware the best you could get is by running right before and after reset R&J PQ Nobody actually does this PQ EPQ
OPQ In storage room, a trick to skip half of this stage is to have a brawler/bucc use corkscrew to push and kill 2nd Cellion on the edge. by doing so you skip 3 ~ 11 and the next spawn is going to be 12th Also it's satisfying to see your bishop's 3rd job dragon do an instant kill as soon as you jump off the rope. Regarding the secret mission that gives ~30k extra exp(the 25 minutes one is hard for solo / the jail one is not worth doing, takes too much time for solo, tho better to do if you have partner(s) who are familiar with those stages), I think there's still not a concrete method to trigger it. I've seen someone proc it every time. When I asked he/she just said he/she fed with sundae. So I believe expensive food may trigger secret mission at a higher rate... since then I've fed with ice pop and it's been like 50/50. PPQ I only did this for herb town quests. It's a bit sad that the second pirate room only allows 1 character inside so it's useless in the case of 1 low level character + 1 high level helper. With a NL that one shot mobs there I needed 12-15 runs to finish the 200/200 devoted pirate quest. RJPQ For anyone who wonders, both raged and normal boss drop card. You can always do the raged version if you need an extra +500k(or +300k?) exp bonus. EPQ In stage 3 I used to have a sheet aside to keep track of each portal, coupling with the knowledge of maze structure schema. This is helpful in stablizing time cost of this stage to under 2 minutes, and saving my brain from memorizing everything. GPQ full guide -> https://royals.ms/forum/threads/the-solo-pq-reference-compendium.199116/ 20-25 minutes 10880 exp/run for your lv30 noob, 6-7 runs to bring it to lv31 For bishops if you have 4.5k+ hp and 23k+ total hp+mp, you can basically solo everything except for waterway room 3. APQ Yeah no one would ever bother to solo this. Stage 5 is hated by everyone but unfortunately as the only barrier that stops people from solo-ing APQ, it needs to exist. Spoiler
