what rules did i exactly break? Don't hack or abuse bugs/glitches. Don't abuse voting for NX. Don't pretend to be a member of staff. Don't smega in languages other than English. Don't post ban appeals or other support threads/guides/etc on the forum in languages other than English. Don't scam other players. Don't harrass other players. Don't use summoning bags in the FM. Don't spam. Don't use racial or homophobic slurs in all chat or smegas. Don't advertise or recruit for other servers. Don't share your account. Don't (accept) dupe(d items). Don't ban-evade. Don't bot. Don't buy or sell items/mesos for real world currency. And last, but not least--as Will Wheaton says: Don't be a dick.
i thought i was just helping a friend transfer items from one account to another. there was no personal gains or anything like that for me, i was just simply helping a friend
So it didn't ring a bell when NotoriousCWA traded you and said to you "wtf this guy has some dank shit" and then traded you a bunch of valuable items?
So you were well aware that you were trading with Anthony on NotoriousCWA's character? That sounds like to me like you're guilty of assisting Anthony in stealing NotoriousCWA's items.
well, not stealing. i thought he was just borrowing them while notoriousCWA was on his break from royals. like i said, i assumed they were very good friends in real life so i did not think anything ominous of the trade
And you are aware that being on someone elses account is against the rules, and that taking items from someone elses account counts as major abuse?
I dont have the items though? and also i was not the one account sharing. Can i get a second opinion from a different GM please?
That's not what I'm accusing you of. What I am accusing you of is helping someone take items from someone else's account, while you were aware of it not being his account.

You're currently banned for Suspicious Activity, which was based on you receiving NotoriousCWA's items while Anthony was logged in on his account. Upon further investigation we found out that you receiving the items was part of a plan to transfer the items to his own character called Logics. Now in your ban appeal you've mentioned that you were well aware of the fact that NotoriousCWA did not belong to Anthony, but you didn't report this to any GM. Instead of reporting it to us, you continued to help Anthony break the rules by helping him take items from an account that did not belong to him. With that said we've found you to be guilty by association, since you've assisted Anthony breaking the rules found in the T&C. Since the rule he broke results in a permanent ban, so does yours in this case.
I would still like to request a second opinion from a different GM. I did not technically break any rules in the T&C. @Jeen @Tim
We have some rules that can get you banned for association as well for example partying with a hacker or botter will give you the same punishment as the offender. From the answers you provided we can determine you were aware that your friend logged on someone else' account to take all their items and you took part in aiding him. Part of it was even secretly discussed on facebook instead according to your chatlogs. Being the driver for a bank robbery can also get you into trouble you know.
