You were using a macro bot on multiple characters in different channels in Toy Room, for example your BM was casting Phoenix exactly every 95 seconds, and you were also feeding your pet. You were even warped to the jail map by a GM and still failed to reply for several minutes. Saying your screen turned black is not an excuse, it is your responsibility to be able to reply.

hi yan, i was farming on my BM and my FP at toy room on 2 channels. I was doing recasting and pet feeding based off my timer and not using any external application. I only recently started farming stoppers as i'm more active in boss with my BM. I know i can't prove it for sure but i've been having my client black out on my several times even during boss runs.

I hope to have the benefit of doubt this time and have a ban for robotic play instead of macro botting. I was not using other programs, don't know how to, and never will use. I understand that not looking at the screen is considered robotic play, and i'll make sure it never happens again.

I have reviewed the evidence against you and your story doesn't add up, you were reported by a player 3 hours before you were checked by a gm and it has the exact same pattern. We are convinced you were using a macro bot as like I said before, you were casting it exactly every x seconds and even had it feeding your pet. I don't belive that you were casting your skills for atleast 3 hours without seeing what is going on your screen.
How did you know you are actually casting your Phoenix/Elquines if you weren't able to see the clients?

I previously i did a lot of active farming from ulu1/2. I am a hard worker and i did 10 hours a day easily for many days. I recently tried switching to not-active farming in stopper map so it's much easier for me, because i am so used to putting much more work active farming with an FP and hs mule. I got used to rebuffing regularly with my hs mule and from selling leech.
I wasn't too worried about the number of stoppers i collect because i have enough and i was just enjoying the not-active style of farming.
I think the black screen is contribute by my client compatibility issue which i posted on forum about a week ago.. it has been bugging me but i never felt strong need to resolve it when non-active farming.

Like I already said, it is your responsibility to respond when being prompted. You said you posted a thread about your issue, about a week ago: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/mapleroyals-has-stopped-working.117696/

as far as I can see, the error you have been getting is "MapleRoyals has stopped working", it has nothing to do with the blackscreen bug you claim to have. The evidence proves you were using a macro bot and your story doesn't add up. Unfortunately you will remain banned for Macro botting, your ban appeal has been denied.

I didn't take a screenshot of my blackscreen and post it on the forums, and that's my fault. I should have logged off when it happened. But Yan, i was not lying about the blackscreen bug even though i didn't post about it. I did experience it many times and i believe its because of compatibility issues after i try to change it last week.

When getting this black screen issue, it usually happens after you enter a portal and it disconnects you from the game. It doesn't explain your actions, this ban appeal will not be discussed any further.
