Recently I have noticed some sellers has been selling the WS and CS at 300m and APR at 11m. My concern is that it would keep decreasing in price and it will be difficult to increase it again. It has dropped from 500m to 300m. I strongly encourage all the sellers in the free market not keep decreasing the price, as this will benefit everyone of us. Why price should not drop? 1. CS and WS are hard to obtain. 2. We have to vote and buy APR. 3. Respect all the sellers. 4. Respect those who collect CS and WS as they will suffer from price depreciation 5. The profit margin has been decreasing. 6. Time and effort to collect these item is tremendous. 7. Respect those who hold perfect end-game weapons. Continuing selling these items at a cheaper price will only create fear and induce more people to sell even lower. I am afraid that the price will not come back easily. Furthermore, please respect the time and effort of those who collected CS/WS and those who hold perfect weapons. Selling these items at unreasonably cheap prices will only insult our dignity. So what to do? Again, I urge all the sellers on this server do not sell CS/WS/APR at the current price, the only acceptable prices are 500m for CS/WS and 17m for APRs. Together, if all of the sellers cooperate and sell at the advised prices, the buyers won't be able to buy it cheap, provided that none of the sellers break the rules. Thanks for reading, I hope you guys understand the reasons why we should defend our profits and have zero tolerance against low ballers. Again, your understanding is highly appreciated.
@sparky95 Time to share insight on the RWT affecting these issues. But isn't 300mil CS/WS the dream that players feedbacked for such a long time? Seems like this issue wouldn't end and the ws/cs will continue depleting.
Thanks for this! I have been very concerned that my efforts playing that awful voting mini game were becoming not worth it. So happy I'm not the only one that feels this way! Keep the price high! I expect at least 200mil per play of that awful game.
1. They're not really hard to obtain, it's based all on luck 2. Correct... but why does that matter? 3. The sellers are making their own decisions. The ones that don't want to sell that low are saving them until the price "goes back up". 4. Why? Investing your money in a commodity is inherently a risk with the benefit of having untaxed trade on big items. If you aren't willing to take the risk then buy the taxable B-coins instead. 5. Why is this a valid reason? 6. I disagree. You spend less than 1 minute a day voting and maybe 2-3 minutes gaching or buying the actual APRs. Sometimes you'll get a WS and sometimes you won't. Even if true, restatement of 1. 7. I haven't seen the price of perf weapons drop at all. Using 91/19 cravens as an example, I remember them being 19-21b over a year ago when I started and they're still 19-21b now. The drop in ws/cs prices is making their items worth even more scrolls (which, if I owned a perf weapon, I would be happy about). edit: i was wrong about 7, someone just posted a perf craven for 16b. (but for 48 ws/cs that is still 8 more scrolls than the old 20b-500m/scroll price) Sounds like the upper class is getting scared that the 'poor-folk' are finally able to start catching up. THE TIME FOR REVOLUTION IS NOW
What I see There's a movie called "Snowpiercer". One of the lesson from that movie quotes "Many people will fight to maintain their comfort zone, even at the expense of someone else's welfare." It's good to hear that people were dedicated in the past to stock up on cs/ws. Now that you are in the seller's position, you don't want to make a loss. What about the buyer's side of the story? People who actually build the value for items like CS/WS are bottom tier grinders who farm raw mesos from mobs not the end game only-Boss-and-henehoe players. I doubt that 3 headed fat dragon would drop much money bags. I don't understand why one has to respect those who collected CS/WS in the past. Those items are an unstable form of custom currency artificially set by players and not by the server (like 1b coin). Hoarding them is like buying stocks for the purpose of making profit. It's only natural for profit margin to fluctuate, or even decrease dramatically, like now, if the deflation factors have been implemented; e.g 2 x NX, chair gach. Imagine how much profit CS/WS hoarders made when price jumped from 300m to 500m in early new source. Try to guess the amount of complaint back then. Current grinders/buyers also contribute "tremendous time and effort" to farm enough mesos before they can purchase a CS to scroll their new Blackfist cape from CWKPQ. If grinders saved all there earning in 1b coins, they have all the right to benefit from this transition as much as WS/CS stock holders do when price inflated/inflates again in future.
This is probably the first parody thread shitpost that I've seen in Royals forum so far. And I like it.
This is definately a quality discussion and how the server is slowly bringing it down to perhaps even 200mil. Everyone is pushout out their ws/cs to get bcoins.
Btw, many of us wants the price of WS/CS to go back down to 300m, or how it was like before old source for years. This isn't about the server is it? It seems to be that you're just not willing to "suffer the loss". That's too bad really, because you can't expect the market to suit your needs.
tfw "needs" of the top 1% > gameplay of the other 99% who only go with the natural flow of the economy
