It isn't really a thing. Most people get MoN from actually participating in the PQ. Since the MoN itself is requires Lv.140 to equip, most people are able to join the PQ already at this level (as opposed to HTP where nobody can join as an attacker in HT at Lv.120) I'm sure someone could still arrange a service for you, if you are interested, but for now you might just want to check out this guide for the PQ, and this list of updates including the list of quests you need to complete before joining the PQ: Lost!
