    I've tried everything already believe me. I can only change Hz to 40 or 60, tried both no fix.

    Too hard and time consuming work. Why can't the staff just fix this problem ( mostly players with HP laptop have this problem such as error 2147...

    ITS FIXED !! I ONLY CHANGED MY SCREEN TO 800 X 600 WHILE HZ IS 60 WOOHOOOO
