So just to clarify, what exactly did you drop? There's a known bug now that caused items to kind of poof if you dropped NX items with non-NX items...

Are you 100% sure it's taking your tickets? I occasionally get the error message as well but it does not consume a ticket for me.
I haven't been able to catch you online, try getting help in the shoutbox from a GM if possible or smega when you ready if you still need help...
This quest isn't working as intended atm, so you will need to wait for it to be fixed.
Try & get a GMs attention in the shoutbox, hopefully one is around when you are ready for a refund.
Also if this upon loading up your game, try to exit out of discord/skype I remember those clashing with people's game in the past.
