As i mentioned in my first post; the most likely explaination is that someone else has voted from the same IPadress as you tried to vote with.
If gtop says says that someone else has already voted from that IP. Try voting from a different network (like your mobile).

This is a known issue and considered glitch abuse. It happens when you're to far away from the mesobags when using ME.
